Treatment Protocols

Wash hair twice with Clarifying Shampoo for 3–5 min. For virgin/very curly hair, wash 3 times.

Rinse well and towel dry. Blow-dry on medium heat until completely dry (90% for extremely damaged hair).

Part into 4 sections. Apply Boto-Plex with brush section by section, 1.5 inches from root. Comb through entirely.

Process 45 min (frizzy/treated), 60 min (virgin) or 90 min (henna-coated & curly).

Rinse thoroughly, removing 50% of the product.

Blow dry on cold to medium heat until completely dry.

Flat iron at 210°C–250°C with 10–15 strokes per section.

Rest 10 min then wash with Noya Replenishing Conditioner.

Same day: Hair Mask or Conditioner. After 24 hrs: Noya Replenishing Shampoo & Conditioner.

Apply to damp scalp. Work a small amount in your hands, massage to create a rich lather.

Leave in hair for up to 60–90 seconds.

Pre-lighting & damaged hair: wash 2 times.

Virgin hair: wash 2 times, hold 5 minutes each section.

Henna-coated hair: wash 3 times, hold 5 minutes on each section.

Rinse the shampoo thoroughly before applying any treatment.
